Over 15 years designing systems, developing software and leading technology teams, James brings a wealth of knowledge to WMDG with a focus on .Net, AMS and CMS solutions. James guides the requirements process to analyze complex business and technical environments and knows how technology improves efficiency, creating business value. Certified Microsoft Developer in traditional waterfall or agile. B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University.
Amanda joined WMDG in 2011. She received her BFA in Graphic Design from The University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. With 16 years of design experience, Amanda works on large-scale corporate branding programs, and everything from print and digital to environmental graphics and web sites. Her designs reflect an aptitude for trends and appreciation of global cultures. When she’s not working, Amanda loves to spend time with family and friends, showing her kids every creative outlet possible.
Numbers, statistics and data are all close to Molly’s heart. After working at IRI, Molly joined WMDG to impart her knowledge of data and how to track, measure and iterate marketing campaigns to meet client objectives. Molly works on marketing strategy development, customer/member surveys and identifying best-in-class examples across a variety of industries.
“What kind of experience?” It’s the first thing Elizabeth asks when looking at new communications or innovative technologies. She ensures MDG’s communications and technology solutions ‘feel’ like our clients’ brand. Following a user-centered design approach, Elizabeth marries business objectives with user needs. New trends. Innovation. Dynamic and cool. Sandra’s been developing wicked-cool interactive experiences at WMDG since 2002. No design is too challenging for Sandra to develop for web, mobile or table experiences. Her experience in bridging the gap between visual design and technology helps WMDG launch fully integrated brand campaigns. She enjoys experimenting with different styles and looks to develop effective communication design solutions.
Design can inform, transform and teach the world quickly about big ideas in visual ways. Shelby develops communication design solutions for graphic, mobile, web, and print design. Graduating from the University of Illinois with a BFA in Graphic Design, she leverages technology to develop next generation interaction for products and services in an ever changing global landscape by applying user-centered design best practices.
With more than 20 years in broadcast journalism, Dr. Michael Breen understands the art of storytelling and a brand’s need to convey that story visually and quickly. Serving as the lead Strategist and subject matter expert in both Medical and Healthcare, Michael Breen leads a team of writers, editors and Public Relation experts. OBAMA Care is rapidly changing the healthcare marketplace. His mission? Use responsible marketing to drive patients to best-quality care. Expertise includes business and marketing strategy, video, e-marketing campaigns, public relations and crisis management.
Organizing information and developing impactful concepts that tell a client’s story. That’s what Lisa loves. With more than 15 years experience producing 360 degree communications, Lisa’s designs are rooted in passion and clarity. Graduating from the University of Illinois with a BFA in Graphic Design, she has built her career at a number of small agencies and at a large corp marketing department. Lisa inspires school-aged children to think and act creatively.
Celeste hails from NC with a Marketing degree from NC A&T State University. She brings her star powers to client projects in analysis, planning and creative leadership. Formerly at Kraft Foods and John Deere, Celeste brings both B2B and B2C sales and marketing experience to MDG. When not working on client deliverables, she’s in the classroom wrapping up a Master’s degree at Northwestern University in Marketing. Celeste’s passion and smarts make MDG programs fly high.
