MIKE STEFFEN
Business Development Director
Mike brings established skills and over ten years experience in business development and sales, building strong customer relationships in his role as Business Development Director with WM Design Group.
Prior to his work at WMDG, Mike worked as a Regional Manager of National Retail for Helio LLC, where he led an Outside Sales Team and exceeded sales targets averaging 125% of quotas. As a licensed REALTOR®, Mike also has experience handling property listings and marketing, leading to multi-million home and condo annual sales. Mike’s experience in dynamic and results-oriented environments have given him a track record of recognizing and developing marketing opportunities, providing the ability to turn visions into reality, missions into action, and philosophy into practice.
A Chicago native, Mike studied Business at DePaul University, with concentrations in Marketing and Management.
When Mike is not working on meeting the needs of a diverse client base, you can find him at one of Chicago’s many sports venues taking in the game and relishing the fanfare. Go Cubs! |
