Warren McKenna is an international marketing executive with over 15 years experience driving revitalization of customer-driven brands. As Director of Marketing and Business Development for Omnicom Group’s Agency.com, Warren initiated and executed cross-functional, team-driven marketing and sales initiatives for clients including: Abbott Laboratories, Gates International, Goldman Sachs, Grubb & Ellis, LG, Procter & Gamble, Sennheiser, S.C. Johnson, US Bancorp, WellPoint Blue Cross Blue Shield. Building on his corporate background, Warren founded The Warren McKenna Design Group. Warren leads the branding, identity, and design agency dedicated to delivering Return on Experience® (ROE) a trademark and brand promise developed to increase awareness, drive sales, and achieve competitive advantage by revitalizing the customer experience. Warren has initiated and executed over 100 reinvigoration programs. He has developed and implemented marketing communication programs including segmentation and organization-wide positioning, lead generation and customer retention programs, naming and identity systems, and online and offline marketing programs.

    As Art Director for Tokyo Journal magazine, the #1 ex-pat lifestyle publication in Japan, Warren designed over 100 feature stories including covers, books, and retail signage. Warren collaborated with leading international writers, photographers and editors in a high-paced environment dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and extending the Asian market. Warren lived and worked in Asia for 2 years, speaks Japanese and fluent French.

    Warren publishes extensively on the subject of branding, experience design, and marketing management. He has judged numerous marketing events including, Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Business Marketing Association's Annual Awards. Warren holds a Master’s degree in design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in visual communications from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He enjoys worldwide travel, theatre, philanthropic athletic events, and cycling.
