Warren McKenna
Principal & Chief Creative
With over ten years experience in strategic communication and marketing
planning, graphic design and information design, Warren leads the
team in all communication programs and brand building activities.
He focuses on strategic and tactical design issues that drive the
development of branding and identity projects for his clients. His
role and responsibilities include lead creative, brand management,
new business development, and recruiting. His objective is developing
compelling and engaging marketing Experiences, which motivate customers
to Return both physically and financially to clients' brands.
Prior to W/M Design Group, Warren held the role of Creative Director
with Omnicom Group's leading interactive firm, Agency.com in Chicago
and New York.
Graduating from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with
a BFA in Design and Photography, Warren went on to attain a Master
of Fine Arts in Design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Warren has been recognized as a professional resource to the association
sector and writes on the subject of marketing and branding for associations
and trade groups. The Association Forum of Chicagoland recently
published and featured Warren’s branding methodology, entitled
"Your Association's Brand Promise is Only As Good As Its Return
on Experience.” In addition, Warren has judged numerous branding
and marketing competitions for Northwestern University's Kellogg School of
Management as well as the Business Marketing Association's annual
marketing awards program.
Warren surrounds himself with good design, extraordinary clients,
