Citizens for Bradley demonstrated vision. Voters in Chicago knew there was
something extraordinary in the campaign's promise to make Rogers Park
the “Top of Chicago.” By positioning the candidate as the ambassador of the community
and a celebrator of the festival of life, the campaign launched.
