a brand assessment, identity overhaul, and recalibration of its
marketing communication touchpoints.
While NAGGL had activities in government relations, education,
and networking events—a framework that put them on top of
America’s $45 billion guaranteed lending market for 20 years—most
industry members viewed NAGGL as a passive source of information.
