The City of Zion wants you, its citizens, to know about the efforts being made by Zion to keep the city safe and make sure city services run efficiently. The City also hopes you will stay abreast of the “Zion: Heralding a New Future” campaign -- an unprecedented campaign to attract jobs, commercial development and shopping.

That's why we've built this section of the Web site – as a vehicle for Zion's city government to communicate directly with the residents of Zion. We hope you'll visit this page regularly, as we'll continue to post new information.

We also hope your involvement won't end with viewing the city's Web site. The City of Zion would not be what it is without the help of its dedicated volunteer corps – made up mostly of residents just like you. Community volunteers contribute their time to make our festivals a success and keep our parks and beaches clean. Please check out the Volunteers section of the site to learn what needs for volunteers exist and how to get involved. Also, be sure to take a look at the Calendar section so you know what events and activities are happening around town.

You'll also find helpful information about how to take advantage of city services, a list of answers to commonly asked questions and a list of links to local business, schools and other points of interest.
