Zion Park District
The Zion Park District has been in the business of “Enriching Lives” since 1946 and offers over 300 leisure program activities and more than 650 acres of parks and open spaces. Zion is committed to providing only the highest quality of services and facilities to the community. In fact, the Zion Park District and its staff have received numerous state and national awards including the prestigious Gold Medal award.

Meeting the needs of “kids” of all ages, the Zion Park District provides pre-school programs as well as weekly trips to outings for our senior citizen population. In addition one can enjoy painting classes, adult softball and volleyball leagues, a complete youth sports program, dance classes from aerobic to ballroom instruction and unique activities designed for the developmentally disabled adult.
