The Tobacco-Free Coalition of Oregon (TOFCO) is implementing a three-year,
statewide communications plan to expand and coordinate Oregon tobacco control
partnerships into a stronger, more unified statewide system. This system
will enable Oregon to advocate effectively for strong policies restricting
second-hand smoke, for adequate funding for Oregon’s comprehensive
tobacco prevention and education program (TPEP) and for a significant improvement
of access to cessation services.
