The Wyoming Tobacco Use Prevention Coalition (WYTUP) is utilizing its capacity
building grant to develop a strategic plan for the coalition’s policy
advocacy activities, increase and diversify the coalition, and enhance its
effectiveness in the areas of organizational operations, communications,
policy advocacy and leadership development.
