Collaborative Process
Through a collaborative process with associations’ legal counsel and Professional Standards managers and administrators and countless hours of focus group discussions, McKenna Design Group defined, designed and developed the CasePro application. We set out with a goal of improving the lives of staff managers and administrators and to make the process easier and more efficient for everyone involved including:
